The Best Social Media Management Tools

Top-Social-Media-Management-Tools

Social media management is creating, scheduling, analyzing and posting content on social networks. There are some tools that can help you manage it.

Social media management is a process which includes creating, scheduling and analyzing content and posting it on social networks. Also, it means further engagement with that content, such as editing, updating, commenting etc. Those things take a lot of time, and hiring management service or agency can be too expensive, especially if you just started your business. Luckily, there are some tools that can help you manage your campaigns.

SocialBu

SocialBu overview

SocialBu is a social media management and automation tool which works with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google My Business. It offers basic functions like post scheduling for those networks. You can schedule and publish your content with one click, and also save drafts. It allows you to manage multiple brands and add team members.

Two of the great options is scheduling stories for your Instagram accounts, and leaving the first comment after posting content. This means you can put hashtags in your comment section. If you want to find out why we think this is great, you can read Instagram Hashtag Research.

SocialBu also comes with a social media calendar where you can see all of your posts, which makes it easier to manage. You can make changes directly in the calendar. Just fill in the spaces which seem empty, for any date and time. If you don’t know what to post, you can choose an automated posting from RSS feeds.

With a great number of options like tracking messages, comments and hashtags, viewing reports and much more, SocialBu has a price. Although, there is a free plan with some limited options, and also a possibility to sign up for a free trial.

Buffer

Buffer overview

Buffer is one of the simplest but longest-running social media tools out there. With over more than 75 000 customers, it sure proves its credibility. You can plan, collaborate and publish your content on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest from one dashboard.

You can save drafts of your posts, create a preset publishing schedule, custom tailor your posts and use a calendar. It is also possible to add and collaborate with your team members.

One of the greatest Buffer features is the way they give you insight into analytics. It measures social media performance and you can create detailed reports to help you manage and plan your business. Buffer gives you recommendations on how to grow reach, engagement and sales. You can see the performance of specific content (stories, posts, hashtags…) and even audience demographic. Analyses are also accessible from one dashboard for all of your networks and you can create custom reports daily, add your logo, title, description etc., and download them as a PDF.

You can check the pricing here, use the 14-day trial or you can use it for free up to 3 social accounts and 10 scheduled posts for one user.

Jarvee

Jarvee overview

Jarvee is a software which takes social media one step further than all the other management tools. This all-in-one automated solution for your business will manage your Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Tumblr accounts. It works best with Windows, but there is a tutorial for Mac and Linux users also.

Except post scheduling for all accounts, you are also able to follow and follow-back Instagram users, auto repost, auto like, comment, delete posts and research hashtags. Auto reposting comes very handily when you are out of inspiration because it will search high-quality posts in your niche and repost them to your account. Auto following, following back and unfollowing are also things that will save you a lot of time, just as auto like and auto comment. This will keep you engaged and active without taking your precious time.

Joining and un-joining FB groups, even ignore some of them, auto-share posts and invite friends to your groups are also options that will help you manage more efficiently. Same goes for FB pages. Jarvee will comment for you, accept friends, send requests, reply to your messages if you are not online, and even change your cover photo or rotate them to get more attention. One of the features I really like is the birthday tool which sends best wishes for your friend’s birthday.

I could go on and on for a very long time here! Long story short, it does everything for you, for every one of your social accounts. You can try it free for 5 days, and check the rest of the prices here.

Hootsuite

Hootsuite has one of the longest trial periods I’ve stumbled upon (30 days). It is a fair amount of time to discover all of the features it has to offer and decide if it is the right tool for you. The networks it supports are Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter and Pinterest.

You can view and manage your content from a calendar, schedule it, and add team members. There is a content library included, so it gives you an option to improve your response quality. also, you can access your inbox for all channels, monitor activities, and much more.

Being the 22nd best software product in the world, Hootsuite has a lot to offer. You can check their plans here. Except for a 30-day trial, you can also sign up for a free plan which is only for one user, 3 social networks and 30 scheduled messages.

E-clincher

E Clincher Homepage

E-clincher is an all-in-one management tool which you can connect with Facebook pages and groups, Twitter, Instagram business and personal, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Google My Business, Yelp and Blogger. The great thing is that you can integrate some other tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Zendesk, Google dynamic links and others. We can definitely see why e-clincher is a top-ranked platform.

Through this tool, you can access your inbox, schedule and publish content, monitor engagement and see real-time analytics. There is a 24/7 chat support which can be very helpful. The calendar is visually very easy to handle, and it is not just up to you to create content, you can also auto-post with RSS feeds.

Another feature I liked a lot is monitoring discussions, mentions and hashtags for your brand and/or business. This can be relevant for finding new followers and learning about new trends.

E-clincher has a lot to offer and it is easy to manage, but its prices are a bit higher than the other tools. It doesn’t have a free plan, also. You can sign up for a 14-day trial, and check the prices here.
