Post-It Notes

Use Re positionable Notes to Increase Response Rates

Increase your open and conversion rates with United States Postal Service post-it notes.

If you thought that post-it notes were only reminders or notes you leave for fellow associates, think again. Placing a sticky note on the outside of direct mail pieces has increased response rates for a variety of businesses.

U.S. Postal Service launches repositionable notes

The USPS has launched repositionable sticky notes (3 X 3 inch) that can be attached to the outside of direct marketing pieces including a #10 envelope, postcards, and catalogs, without falling off. This can help you add a personalized look to your direct mail, increasing attention, improving opens, and generating conversions.

Some of the research conducted by the USPS before launching this new option indicated that using such notes on the outsie of your mail pieces could extend the life of your mailing. They are easily removed and repositioned on other surfaces such as a desk, countertop, or binder – prolonging the exposure to your message.
